Bio:
Joseph French is a new professor after finishing his Ph.D. program at the University of New Orleans. He is teaching business finance and multinational financial management as a member of the School of Finance faculty. French's Ph.D. is in financial economics. Prior to receiving his Ph.D., he earned an MBA from Clemson University, and a B.S. in finance from Wingate University. His research interests include international finance, corporate finance, financial econometrics, and developmental economics. He has published in Economics of Emerging Markets, and Proceedings of the Annual Meeting of the Association of Global Business, and presented at the Allied Social Sciences Conference. French spent several years in Asia teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance.
