Bio:
Sharon Clinebell is a professor of Management at the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado. She joined the UNC faculty in 1987, serving as department chair for seven years. Dr. Clinebell received her Doctorate of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, MBA from the University of Arkansas and a BS in Business Administration & Public Administration from the University of the Ozarks.
Dr. Clinebell has served as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award awarded by the U. S. Department of Commerce and as a feedback editor for Colorado Performance Excellence. She has published in many journals including the Journal of Management, Academy of Management Executive, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies and has presented numerous papers at professional conferences. She has also served as a paper reviewer for several journals and conferences. Dr. Clinebell is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Her teaching interests include organizational behavior and human resource management.
She has received awards in teaching, research, and service including UNC's Excellence in Faculty Service Award, MCB College Scholar, and has twice received MCB's Service Award. She was named an Outstanding Volunteer by United Way of Weld County in 1997. Dr. Clinebell has been listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, and Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
