Who Should Attend
Members of the executive team and senior leaders who can effect organizational change are targeted for this course. They provide vision for their organizations, make strategic decisions, and decide how they operate. Appropriate titles include president, vice president, general manager, strategic planner, and director. Internal change agents are also invited to apply.
Why Now
•Dynamic and uncertain economic conditions including a potential reset of consumer spending toward value.
•Increasing pressure from stakeholders on social and environmental issues.
•Performance improvement based solely on reducing cost and bringing down price does not create sustainable value for multiple stakeholders.
