Jesse Esparza As the CEO of Morning Sun Enterprises LLC, Jesse has trained over 30 individuals towards understanding Cross Cultural communication. He is also working with the Greeley and Westminster Small Business Development Centers. He has counseled over 150 new potential and existing entrepreneurs. He has provided services and resource support to over 50 small businesses in Greeley, Loveland, Brighton, and Longmont. He has served as the Greeley Interim Small Business Development Center Director for first three month of 2008. He is also currently advising and marketing the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County. As teacher for 5 years, a director for 5 years and a principal for 21 years, Jesse provided opportunities and direction to children, and adults alike. He worked as a teacher in Milliken, Johnstown and Fort Collins. He was an assistant principal in Fort Lupton, and Centaurus High Schools. He was Principal of Lafayette Elementary for 16 years. His leadership consisted of energies and activities that focused on the performance of all individuals in the organization by tapping potential and appropriate resources.
