The BAR leadership team is composed of representatives from the three main consortium partners:

1. Baldrige Award Recipients,

2. NIST, and

3. Monfort Institute.

The leadership team is a rotating team of eight representatives: 6 BAR members, 1 NIST rep, and 1 rep from the Monfort Institute.

The key positions include: the current president; the past president; the Summit meeting hosts representatives; the Monfort Institute representative; and the NIST Baldrige National Quality program representative.

The presidents (current and past) serve for three years. The Fall Summit host rep is a one year commitment.

To help with continuity and constancy of purpose, the Monfort Institute and NIST reps serve for as long as is possible and practical.
