II. BAR Executive Roundtable on Workforce Engagement and the Workforce Environment (2 ½ hours).  This will be an interactive session designed to create discussion around the following:

     a. Workforce practices and measures 

     b. Work system design, core competencies, and work

         processes (Category 6)

     c. Alignment with strategic objectives and action plans,

         driving innovation and resource management

         (Category 2)

     d. Workforce Results (Category 7)


III. Welcome Session (4:00 -5:00 PM)

     A. What is the BAR (15 minutes)

          a. Welcome new recipients

          b. Mission/Purpose

          c. Vision

          d. Key Success Factors

     B. Value of BAR (30 minutes)

          a. Monfort Institute services.

          b. Develop relationships to foster learning, growth,

              and innovation

          c. Participate in activities such as benchmarking,

              developing innovative solutions

          d. Access to a knowledge base to improve

              performance

          e. Discussion of the fall meeting (currently scheduled

              for October 1&2 in Nashville, TN)
