“Western Sugar Tax Increment Financing District: Sustainability in Practice in Northern Colorado”

Bruce M. Biggi, Economic Development Manager, City of Greeley, Larry Burkhardt,  Director, Upstate Colorado Economic Development Corporation, and Becky Safarik, Director, Community Development, City of Greeley.

“Designing Buildings for Energy and Environmental Sustainability”

The panel reviews US Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certificate Standards.  Forbes and Greg explain the process of retrofitting old buildings to those standards and building new buildings to be LEED certified.
